I.I.M Rotak (.आई.आई.एम. ) रोतक में खाली पदों को भरने के लिए  अधिकारी, जूनियर इंजीनियर, कार्यालय सहायक और अन्य - 9 पदों को भरने के लिए नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दी गयी है।  अगर आप इन पदों को भरने के लिए योग्यता रखते है तोह , अपना आवेदन अंतिम तिथि 13 अप्रैल 2019 से पहले कर ले।

1. Officer on Special Duty (OSD)
Mode of Appointment: The position is purely on Contract/Deputation/Temporary basis for two years and will not be permanent.
Qualification:
Essential: Graduation in any subject from a reputed institution, with good academic record.
Desirable: Post-graduation degree in Management, Law etc.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification
Age: preferably below 50 years.
Salary: negotiable
No. of Posts: One

2. Administrative Officer (Establishment and Administration)
Pay Level- 10 (Rs.56100 – 177500)
Mode of Appointment: Regular/Contract/Deputation
Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management/Public Administration or in any subject from a reputed institution, with good academic record.

Rs. 9300-34800, Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-) or in higher scale. If working in private sector, If working in private sector drawing salary should be Rs. 50,000- 55,000 per month.

Age: Not below 35 years but not exceeding 45 years (50 years for SC/ST) as on the last date for receiving application. In the case of candidates on deputation, age can be up to 50 years.


3. Junior Engineer (Civil)
Pay Level- 06 (Rs.35400 – 112400)
Mode of Appointment: Regular/Contract/Deputation
Good candidates may be considered for Regular position.

Qualification: Degree/Diploma (under 10+2scheme) in civil engineering or an equivalent professional qualification from a reputed institution, preferably with experience or additional qualification in handling electrical work. Sound knowledge of civil project design and implementation. Having a Post-Graduate degree or diploma in management may be an added advantage.

Age: Not exceeding 45 years (50 years for SC/ST) as on the last date for receiving application. In the case of candidates on deputation, age can be up to 50 years.

 salary should be Rs. 30,000- 40,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 3 years (2 years for SC/ST) with 4 years degree and minimum 5 years (3 years for SC/ST) with 3 years degree/diploma,

4. Junior Engineer (Electrical & Electronics)
Pay Level- 06 (Rs.35400 – 112400)
Mode of Appointment: Regular/Contract/Deputation
Good candidates may be considered for Regular position

Qualification: Degree/Diploma (under 10+2 in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification from a reputed institution, preferably with experience in handling civil projects with substantial electrical work and electronics system. Sound knowledge of electrical project, design and implementation in electrical and electronics.
Age: Not exceeding 45 years (50 years for SC/ST) as on the last date for receiving application. In the case of candidates on deputation, age can be up to 50 years.


5. Office Assistant
Pay Level- 06 (Rs.35400 – 112400)
Mode of Appointment: Regular/Contract/Deputation

Qualification: Graduate degree or Diploma (under 10+2 scheme) in any subject from a reputed institution. Consistently good academic record is required.

Age: Not exceeding 35 years (40 for SC/ST) as on the last date for receiving application. In the case of candidates on deputation, age can be up to 40 years (including SC/ST).


6. Systems Assistant/Junior Technical Superintendent
Pay Level- 06 (Rs.35400 – 112400)
Mode of Appointment: Regular/Contract/Deputation
Good candidates may be considered for regular position. Applicants interested to be considered on

Age: Not exceeding 40 years (45 years for SC/ST) as on the last date for receiving application. In the case of candidates on deputation, age can be up to 45 years

Qualification: Degree/Diploma (under 10+2 scheme) in Computer Science/IT/Electronics Engineering with specialization in Computers from a reputed institution or equivalent. Consistently good academic record and good communication skills in English are required. Having a Post-Graduate degree or diploma in management may be an added advantage.


7. Programme Manager
Mode of Appointment: Purely on contract and temporary/adhoc basis for one year only.
Salary: Rs. 30000 - Rs. 50000 per month depending on the qualification, and experience of the candidate.

Age: Below 40 years.
Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate in management or in any subject from a reputed University / Institute


8. Conference Manager
Mode of Appointment: Purely on contract and temporary/adhoc basis for two years only.
Salary: Rs. 30000- Rs. 50000 per month depending on the qualification, and experience of the candidate.
